Almost a year had passed since the last of the kidnappings had occurred. The last one, of course, being your own. Despite claiming that he wanted to turn himself around, Adachi hadn't been willing to turn himself in. Though even if he had, there wouldn’t have been any proof of what he'd done. Dojima would have thought the stress had finally gotten to him, and probably would have had him committed. Other than you, and a few high school students, no one knew what had actually happened. To everyone else in Inaba, the kidnappings and murders had simply, stopped. Over the last year, you, and your personality had changed considerably.
